Guy beats man up in South Boston, then gets arrested for the gun loaded with 19 rounds he didn't use, police say

Boston Police report arresting a South Boston man, not for beating somebody up on Costello Way in the West Broadway development around 8:40 p.m. on Tuesday, but for the "Springfield Armory model XDM-9 firearm with one round in the chamber and eighteen rounds in the magazine" officers say they found him with shortly after over at B Street and Flaherty Way.

Fraismel Suazo, 18, of South Boston, was charged with unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful possession of ammunition and providing a false name to police.
