A man was shot in the chest twice shortly before 11:20 p.m. at 38 Warren St., at Zeigler Street - a couple blocks away from where another man was shot repeatedly in a parking lot off Harrison Avenue early this morning. The homicide unit was called in due to the severity of the victim's injuries.
